The EC and BOPR virtual meeting take place in Presidio Suite on the 1st floor of the Four Seasons. This room holds 20 people.

Credential pick up will take place in the our staff hospitality suite which is Yerba Buena Room A & B.

How early can I begin shipping items?
Items can arrive no earlier than Feb 5th. You are required to make your own labels for shipment as well as return labels.

What is the shipping cost?
The hotel charges $15 per box and $150 per pallet, no mail can be shipped. Please note this will be billed back to your program budget.

When will meals be available?
All meals will be available in Yerba Buena Room A & B . The meal schedule will follow as below:
